- 1 yd Teal cotton fabric
- 1 yd Navy cotton fabric
- 3/4 yd Gray cotton fabric
- Large panel for center plus smaller pieces for accent blocks
- 3 yd fabric for backing
- 1/2 yd fabric for binding
- 54"x 58" piece of batting
- Rotary cutter, ruler and mat
- Basic sewing supplies
- Iron and pressing surface
- Sewing machine
DIRECTIONS:
- 50"x 54" Quilt
- Read all instructions before cutting and sewing. Use accurate 1/4" seams.
- From teal fabric, cut one (1) piece of each size: 26 1/2"x 12 1/2"; 22 1/2"x 12 1/2"; 8 1/2"x 12 ½"; 10 1/2"x 2 1/2" ; 24 1/2"x 2 1/2".
- From navy fabric, cut one (1) piece of each size: 26 1/2"x 12 1/2"; 22 1/2"x 12 1/2"; 8 1/2"x 12 1/2"; 10 1/2"x 2 1/2"; 24 1/2"x 2 1/2".
- From gray fabric, cut four (4) - 26 1/2"x 2 1/2" strips; cut four (4) -22 1/2"x 2 1/2" strips; cut six (6) - 6 1/2"x 2 1/2" strips.
- Trim center panel to 22 1/2"x 26 1/2". Cut accent pieces: two (2) - 10 1/2"x 6 1/2" pieces and two (2) -6 1/2"x 6 1/2" squares.
- Refer to Layout for color placement.
- Follow Diagram A to complete each row.
- Sew three rows together following layout.
- Sandwich backing, batting, and quilt top.
- Trim and bind quilt.

- Press seams to one side as you are sewing, without steam to avoid stretching of strips.
