Fasten off , leaving a long tail.  Fold Handles in half lengthwise.  Seam between 8th and 42nd rows.  Sew wide ends of Handles to Tote Bag as shown in photo.

Tail Join B with a sl st two stitches to the right of centre at bottom of Tote Bag. 1st to 3rd rows: Ch 1. 1 sc in each of next 4 sts. Turn. 4th row: Ch 1. (Sc2tog) twice. Turn. 2 sts. 5th row: Ch 1. 1 sc in each of next 2 sts. Turn. 6th row: Ch 1. Sc2tog. Fasten off .
