SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- RED HEART® Super Saver®:
- 254 Pumpkin, 1 skein
- Double Pointed Needles: One set each 4.5mm [US 7]
- Glass vase, 16" circumference
- Black felt
- Fabric glue
- Stitch markers
- Yarn needle
- GAUGE:
- 20 sts = 4"; 32 rows = 4" in K2, p2 rib
- CHECK YOUR GAUGE. Use any size needles to obtain the gauge.
DIRECTIONS:
NOTE:Cozy is worked in the round on double-pointed needles.
COZY
With double pointed needles, cast on 52 sts. Divide sts evenly around needles, taking care not to twist sts. Join to work in rounds. Place marker for beginning of round.
Round 1: *K2, p2; repeat from * around Repeat Round 1 until piece measures 5" from beginning. Bind off. Weave in ends.
FINISHING
Cut Face pieces from felt. Slip Cozy onto vase and glue Face pieces in place.
