MEASUREMENT
Approx 24" [61 cm] square.
GAUGES
14 sts and 7 rows = 4" [10 cm] in grid pat with larger hook. 10 sc and 11 rows = 4" [10 cm] with larger hook.
DIRECTIONS
FRONT Grid: Ch 85. 1st row: 1 hdc in 4th ch from hook (ch-3 counts as hdc, ch 1). *Ch 1. Skip next ch. 1 hdc in next ch. Rep from * to end of chain. Turn. 84 sts 2nd row: Ch 3 (counts as hdc, ch 1). *1 hdc in next hdc. Ch 1. Skip next ch-1 sp. Rep from * to last ch-3. 1 hdc in 2nd ch of last ch-3. Turn. Rep 2nd row until 41 rows have been worked. Fasten off . Wiggles **With smaller hook and RS facing, join yarn with sl st to ch-1 or hdc post indicated with a red arrow on Chart. Ch 3. 1 dc around same ch-1 or hdc post as last sl st. Work 2 dc around each ch-1 or hdc post, following arrows on Chart to create Wiggles. Fasten off .**Rep from ** to ** for each section indicated in Chart.
BACK (make 2 alike) Ch 61. 1st row: 1 sc in 2nd ch from hook. 1 sc in each ch to end of chain. Turn. 60 sc. 2nd row: Ch 1. 1 sc in each sc to end of row. Turn. Rep 2nd row until work from beg measures 10½" [26.5 cm]. Next row: Ch 2 (does not count as hdc). 1 hdc in each sc to end of row. Turn. Next row: Ch 1. *1 hdcfp around next hdc. 1 hdcbp around next hdc. Rep from * to end of row. Turn. Rep last row until work from beg measures 14" [35.5 cm]. Fasten off . Assembly With RS tog, overlap Back pieces to match Front with ribbed sections in center to create opening to insert pillow form. Sew outer edge seams.
