Love these scissors!
I used a different pair or scissors, prior to purchasing these, to make a tie blanket. I could not believe the difference when I made the next one with this. Great scissors!

Not a doorbuster price
I thought these were a good deal since they were advertised as a DOORBUSTER so I picked a pair up at Joanne's in store. Same day went to a big box store and they were over $5 less everyday price. SAME scissors! Joanne's inflates the prices in comparison to other stores then marks it down as a sale. I won't make that mistake again. Fool me once, Joanne's.

Fiskars Sewing scissors
the best I've ever had... there really is something about having good, sharp scissors set aside only.
lightweight. I liked the mid price range...40-50$ or so. there are LOTS of cheaper ones and several that are probably more professional and definitely more expensive. these are good, solid and well made.
they came with a nice, snap on blade cover on which to write "do NOT use these for paper!"

Really Sharp
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These scissors are super sharp and will cut through all kinds of materials. I actually used them recently to make a floral arrangement, so they cut through flower stems and also wire. I was really surprised with how sharp and strong they are. Great quality as well.

Hard to open and close.
They cut fantastic but it's hard on the hands. I have a different pair of fiskars that are easy to open and close but these just aren't, unfortunately.

Classic shears with guard
Classic, quality shears! I love the guard also because I was able to write “FOR FABRIC ONLY” on both sides so others can not “accidentally” use them!

Very sharp!
