SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- 1 yd 54" Vinyl
- 2 pkgs Double-fold bias tape
- 3 yds 1" wide webbing for handles
- Clover mini wonder clips
- Basic sewing supplies
DIRECTIONS:
- Cut 2 - 17"x 17" for front and back.
- Cut 1 - 7"x 53" for sides and bottom.
- Cut 1 - 11"x 10" for pocket.
- Trim the 11" top part of pocket with bias tape.
- Cut 2 - webbing strips 48" for handles.
- Mark the center of the bottom of front of bag.
- Mark the center of the bottom of pocket.
- Clip the pocket to bottom of bag.
- Take one of the handles, clip the short end to bottom of bag over pocket, centered over pocket sides.
- Starting at bottom, stitch up one side of webbing, stopping 1" from top of bag.
- Stitch across webbing and down the other side of webbing.
- Repeat for handle on opposite side of pocket.
- Sew the 2nd handle to back section of bag, marking and placing it to match front.
- Clip the side section to front with WST.
- Start at top, around bottom and up the opposite side.
- Stitch in place using a 1/4" seam, being careful to keep the handles out of the way.
- Clip and sew the side to the back section with WST.
- Starting at top, clip the bias tape to front, over seam.
- Stitch in place around side, bottom and up the opposite side.
- Repeat for back section.
- Starting at back of bag on top, trim with bias tape around top.
- End by folding under the end of the bias tape and stitch over the beginning binding.
- Mark the center of each handle and fold in half lengthwise 5" on both sides of mark.
- Stitch along edge.
JOANN HACKS:
- Use Clover Mini Wonder Clips, since pins should not be used for vinyl
- Create your own custom Cricut design to add to the tote.

Took Some Time
Before starting this project, I did read all the comments and they where very helpful. The instruction was not very clear. So, I used YouTube to have a better understanding! Overall, it's super easy and I love my outcome!

Needle suggestion
A leather needle should be used to sew the vinyl with slightly longer stitches to prevent the vinyl from tearing like perforated notebook paper.
